We are currently working on behalf of our banking client, who is in the process of migrating to a new IAM tool. We are looking for a highly skilled Process Manager IAM to assist our client in managing the process from a business perspective.
Job Description:
As a Process Manager IAM, you will play a crucial role in managing the migration process of our client to a new IAM tool for the Business side. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project from a business perspective. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Understanding the business requirements of the IAM tool migration project.
- Ensuring that the IAM tool is configured to meet the business needs and objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and audit to ensure that the IAM tool is implemented effectively.
- Developing and documenting processes related to the IAM tool migration project.
- Conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring that the system is user-friendly.
- Ensuring that the IAM tool is integrated with other systems and applications.
- Managing the communication and training for the end-users of the IAM tool.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing IAM processes from a business perspective.
- Strong knowledge of IAM tools(SailPoint) and technologies, including SSO and identity governance.
- Experience working in the banking/financial services industry is preferred.
- Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
