Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (IAM) to join a dynamic team working on
the development and optimization of customer identity and access management (CIAM)
platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, availability, and
quality of the CIAM service while contributing to the long–term vision of creating a robust
and future–ready platform.
This position involves both operational management and strategic development, offering
the opportunity to collaborate with specialists, architects, and program teams in a forward–
looking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain the stability, availability, quality, and continuity of CIAM services,
including incident resolution.
• Manage (both functionally and technically) the CIAM solution, implementing changes,
patches, and upgrades.
• Provide support to service consumers and stakeholders of the CIAM platform.
• Contribute to the further development of the CIAM service and provide input during the
transition toward a platform–based model.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and colleagues within IAM initiatives to ensure
smooth integration and optimal functionality.
• Assist in connecting new systems and applications to the CIAM platform.
• Work with security and architecture teams to align solutions with organizational
standards.
• Participate in the design and implementation of use cases, processes, and
enhancements.
About the Team
You will be part of a multidisciplinary IAM team responsible for delivering identity
solutions across a variety of stakeholders, ranging from individual consumers to large
enterprise and government clients. The team operates in a hybrid working model with on–
site collaboration twice per week.
Your Profile
• Completed higher education (HBO/WO) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IAM/CIAM or DevOps engineering role.
• Proven experience with CIAM methodologies and use cases such as registration, identity
proofing, consent management, and delegated administration.
