Role in Context
A municipality in North Holland is seeking an ENSIA Coordinator to lead the 2025 ENSIA audit end-to-end while supporting broader information security operations.
You will be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, external auditors, and the security team (CISO/ISO/ISMS). Tasks include:

Coordinating evidence collection and performing internal controls

Ensuring documentation quality

Embedding ENSIA outputs into the ISMS

Advising on improvements
-
Supporting DPIAs, processing agreements, authorization matrices, and user queries
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines audit expertise with strong communication and advisory skills in a municipal context.
Knock-Out Criteria (must be visible in CV)

HBO/WO bachelor’s degree completed
-
2+ years demonstrable experience with ENSIA process

2+ years demonstrable experience in a Dutch municipality

Experience with information security laws & regulations
Award Criteria (100 pts total)

Certified in Information Security (CISM, CISSP, CIPP/e, or CISA)

Experience with BIO (Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid)

Availability from 22 September 2025, min. 24h/week
