The Project & Your Role
The IAM team is launching a strategic project to implement eduID, a modern digital identity solution, in collaboration with national education partners. The first phase will focus on a pilot use case for external users (guests). Based on the pilot’s success, the project may expand to a broader, organization-wide eduID implementation.
We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to coordinate and support this initiative. This part-time role combines project management responsibilities with hands-on IAM expertise, requiring someone comfortable navigating both technical and organizational complexity.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide support for the eduID pilot project.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and educational networks.

Develop, monitor, and report on project plans, milestones, and results.

Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Engage with business stakeholders to ensure adoption and alignment.

Advise on and coordinate additional IAM activities within the team.

Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues as needed.
Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an IAM Consultant with a coordinating or project management role.

Strong tactical, strategic, and process-oriented skills in Identity & Access Management.

Solid knowledge of identity governance and access management processes.

Experience collaborating within complex organizations and across multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging the gap between business and technology.

Technical understanding of IAM solutions; knowledge of OneIdentity, Active Directory, and EntraID is a plus.

Experience in the education sector or with eduID-related projects is an advantage.
