About the Role
Organization is taking major steps to professionalize its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. As part of this effort, an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) project has been initiated to improve and standardize access control processes across the organization.
A key element of this program is the design and implementation of a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model. To lead this initiative, we are seeking an experienced RBAC Specialist who will guide the organization through the full lifecycle of RBAC development — from analysis and design to implementation and adoption.
In this role, you will act as both subject matter expert and project lead, ensuring that the RBAC model supports security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, creation, and implementation of the RBAC model.

Collaborate with stakeholders from business units, HR, IT, and governance teams to ensure alignment.

Translate business processes and organizational structures into a coherent RBAC framework.

Define and document roles, permissions, and access policies.

Guide and mentor internal teams throughout the RBAC design and rollout process.

Ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability of the RBAC model.

Report progress, risks, and outcomes to project and executive stakeholders.
Your Profile
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree (HBO+) or higher, preferably in ICT or Information Management.
Experience:

Proven track record in leading multiple successful RBAC implementations.

Experience designing RBAC models within large organizations (5,000+ employees) is a strong advantage.

At least 10 years of experience across various IAM-related projects is preferred.
