Program Background
On behalf of our client focused on safety and security, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Cyber Resilience. This initiative aims to strengthen the cyber resilience of critical supply chains in one of the largest European port areas.
Through a collaborative Safe Business Platform, client works with government authorities, industry associations, and entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions for:

Subversive Crime (e.g., fraud, money laundering)

Role Description
As Project Manager – Cyber Resilience, you will manage projects that improve the digital resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises.
You will be responsible for:

Initiating and leading projects on cyber resilience and related security issues

Translating policies into concrete, actionable project plans

Coordinating stakeholders such as local authorities, industry groups, and entrepreneurs

Managing planning, budget, and quality to ensure project success
-
Organizing workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Reporting results and advising on strategic next steps
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Integrated Safety, IT, or related fields
-
5–10 years of experience managing cybersecurity or digital resilience projects
-
Proven experience advising SMEs on cybersecurity topics
-
Affinity with port, logistics, or industrial sectors and the ability to translate new developments into practical solutions
