About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Specialist to strengthen an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring that over 18,000 employees and 1,000+ applications are onboarded securely and efficiently.
You will play a key role in guaranteeing that the right people have the right access to the right systems, at the right level — fully aligned with security and compliance requirements such as the BIO framework (Baseline Information Security Government).
Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud components.

Onboard applications, employees, and machines into SailPoint ISC and Entra ID.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks.

Support colleagues within the IAM domain with knowledge and expertise.

Work in accordance with agreed procedures, processes, and security frameworks (BIO).

Apply best practices from ITIL, Agile, and DevOps working methodologies.
Requirements

Completed higher professional education (HBO or equivalent).

Proven experience implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in a large enterprise (>1,000 employees).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.

Demonstrable experience working with the BIO framework.

Previous experience within a government organization is a strong plus.

Holder of a valid SailPoint certification.

Familiar with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
