About the Role

As a Security Architect, you will be at the forefront of their digital security landscape. You’ll ensure that both IT and OT systems are protected today and remain resilient for the future.
You will design and implement a robust, integrated security architecture that supports the organization’s digital transformation. From real-time security monitoring and SOC design to developing a comprehensive security blueprint — you set the strategy and make sure it’s followed.
You act as the bridge between technology, processes, and people — always keeping a sharp focus on risk management, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a framework that provides full visibility across IT and OT activities.
- Deploy modern monitoring tools and threat intelligence to detect and respond to risks efficiently.
- Support the establishment of a Security Operations Center (SOC) suitable for a hybrid IT/OT environment.
- Advise on processes and technologies to enhance SOC performance.
- Develop and maintain a security reference architecture in line with international standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2.
- Analyze the current IT/OT security landscape, mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensure secure segmentation of OT environments.
- Recommend and evaluate appropriate security solutions, including proof-of-concept testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the CISO.
- Produce clear documentation and organization-wide security guidelines.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and analytical skills. You remain calm under pressure, understand where risks lie, and are driven to develop sustainable, secure solutions.
You bring:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Security Architect in complex IT/OT environments.
- Proven experience setting up SOCs, monitoring frameworks, and security architectures.
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards (ISO, IEC, NIS2).
- Experience in selecting and integrating security solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
