About the Assignment
For an innovative IT service provider, we are looking for a Technical Information Security Officer (TISO)
who can elevate the organization’s information security posture. In this role, you will work closely with the
CISO to strengthen policies, processes, and technical measures that safeguard critical information.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and continuously improve the ISO27001 ISMS
• Prepare for and supervise internal and external audits
• Optimize and monitor security controls
• Drive security awareness initiatives across the organization
• Support technical teams with security-related issues
• Manage and maintain SIEM and anti-malware tools
• Provide security input during sales processes and proposals
• Conduct customer audits and awareness sessions
Your Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TISO (or similar security role)
• HBO/WO education level, supported by relevant certifications (e.g., ISO27001 Lead
Implementer, CISSP, CISM)
• Experience with incident response is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
