This Privacy Policy applies to:

Together referred to as “MVPeople Group”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.

2. Personal data we process

Depending on your relationship with us (candidate, client, supplier, or website visitor), we may process:

  • Identification details: name, address, date of birth, e-mail, phone number.

  • Professional data: CV, work experience, education, certifications, references.

  • Communication data: emails, call notes, contractual correspondence.

  • Financial data: invoicing details, bank account information (where relevant).

  • Online data: IP address, browser type, cookie and usage data (only with consent).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, religion, or biometric data), unless strictly required by law or provided with explicit consent.


3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data only for legitimate purposes and based on valid legal grounds:

4. Sharing data with third parties

We may share your data with:

  • Processors (IT providers, hosting, ATS/CRM, payroll providers) under strict agreements.

  • Clients: only with your consent when considering you for assignments.

  • Authorities: only when legally required.

  • Outside the EU/EEA: where necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).


5. Cookies and tracking

Our websites use cookies:

  • Essential cookies: always active for core functionality.

  • Analytical cookies: used only with your consent, anonymised where possible.

  • Marketing/tracking cookies: only set after explicit consent.

You will be presented with a cookie banner when visiting our website. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie Settings.

6. Data retention

We do not keep data longer than necessary:

  • Candidate data: up to 2 years after last contact (unless you request deletion earlier).

  • Client and contract data: 7 years to comply with tax laws.

  • Cookies: according to their specific retention period (see cookie overview).


7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits.


8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data

  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict processing

  • Data portability (where applicable)

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

Requests can be made via gdpr@mvpeoplegroup.com. We respond within one month (extendable to two months if necessary due to complexity).


9. Data breaches

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) within 72 hours, and affected individuals where legally required.
