You architect identity and access management solutions for leading organisations across industries. Your designs balance robust security controls with user-centric accessibility, solving complex authentication and authorisation challenges.

You work on enterprise-scale implementations where IAM is critical to security posture. Your solutions protect against privilege escalation, unauthorised access, and compliance violations while enabling secure, frictionless user experiences.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Design IAM architectures (RBAC, ABAC, zero-trust models) tailored to organisational risk profiles
Select and implement IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) based on requirements
Define JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle processes and governance frameworks
Lead identity governance reviews and access recertification programmes
Integrate IAM solutions with cloud environments, applications, and legacy systems
Advise on identity strategy, authentication methods, and policy frameworks
Conduct security assessments and threat modelling for access control systems

Must-haves

7+ years in IAM architecture, design, or senior implementation roles
Hands-on experience with at least two major IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
Deep knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, authentication protocols, and identity governance
Experience designing solutions for enterprise environments (1000+ users)
Strong understanding of cloud identity (Entra ID, AWS IAM) and hybrid scenarios

Nice-to-haves

CISSP or CISM certification
Experience with zero-trust architecture implementations
Background in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR impact on IAM)
