A leading government organisation is implementing NIS2 cybersecurity legislation and needs comprehensive policy documentation. You'll bridge the gap between internal security experts and formal policy requirements.
Your task: transform technical input into clear, structured policy documents that meet NIS2 requirements, align with organisational context, and follow established templates. Quality, consistency, and on-time delivery are critical.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Translate cybersecurity and information security expertise from internal experts into concrete policy documents
- Write, edit, and structure policy documents using the provided organisational template
- Ensure consistency, terminology uniformity, and readability across all policy documents
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback sessions and integrate revisions into final versions
- Deliver ready-for-approval policy documents within agreed timelines
- Monitor document quality, alignment with NIS2 requirements, and compliance with organisational standards

Must-haves
- Minimum HBO education level
- 3+ years of information security and cybersecurity experience
- Proven track record writing, editing, and structuring policy documents
- Understanding of NIS2 requirements and compliance obligations
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder coordination
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with government sector procurement and policy frameworks
- Familiarity with Dutch government policy templates and standards
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27005)
