Privacy & Compliance Project Manager
Over de opdracht
You own the delivery of cybersecurity-related privacy initiatives from concept to completion. Your role ensures organisations meet GDPR obligations while managing stakeholder expectations across technical, legal, and executive teams.
You act as the central connector between IT security, legal, and business units. You define project scope, manage timelines, track risks, and communicate progress to both technical teams and board-level decision-makers.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Plan and execute privacy-focused security projects aligned with GDPR and regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate between technical teams, compliance officers, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout project lifecycle
- Document privacy impact assessments (PIA) and compliance evidence
- Report project status and outcomes to management and steering committees
- Define success metrics and track KPIs for privacy initiatives

Must-haves
- 5+ years in privacy, compliance, or security project management
- Proven GDPR compliance knowledge and hands-on implementation experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with privacy compliance tools or platforms
Nice-to-haves
- CIPP/E or equivalent privacy certification
- Background in cybersecurity or data protection
- Experience with NIS2, DORA, or other EU regulatory frameworks
