You work with organisations to build a security-conscious culture from the ground up. Your challenge: move beyond one-time training to create lasting behavioural change that sticks.

You assess current awareness maturity, identify gaps, and design tailored programmes. You measure impact through metrics that show real risk reduction, not just completion rates.

Your work directly reduces phishing clicks, credential compromise, and insider risk—making you a strategic partner to leadership and security teams alike.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Design comprehensive security awareness strategies aligned with organisational risk profile and maturity level
Develop engaging training content: e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and phishing campaigns
Conduct security culture assessments and baseline awareness maturity evaluations
Deliver awareness programmes to diverse audiences: executives, developers, support staff, contractors
Measure programme effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and incident correlation analysis
Manage awareness platforms and LMS systems to track completion and engagement
Create targeted campaigns for emerging threats: ransomware, social engineering, supply chain attacks
Partner with CISO, GRC, and HR teams to embed security awareness into onboarding and performance reviews

Must-haves

Strong communication skills: you simplify complex security concepts for non-technical audiences
Knowledge of behavioural change principles and how to apply them to security

Nice-to-haves

Experience with platforms like KnowBe4, Proofpoint, or similar awareness tools
Background in GRC, risk management, or security programme development
Certification in security awareness, CISM, or related credential
