You join a leading organisation in critical infrastructure where identity and access management is central to security resilience. Your challenge: understand complex business requirements, security constraints, and technical feasibility—then design solutions that stakeholders actually adopt.

You're the translator between C-suite priorities, IT architects, and security teams. You'll shape IAM strategy, lead implementation programs, and ensure solutions align with business outcomes and regulatory demands.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Assess current IAM capabilities and identify gaps against business and security requirements
Design end-to-end IAM solutions (governance, access control, identity lifecycle) tailored to organisational context
Lead cross-functional teams through complex IAM implementations and digital transformations
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and vendor selection criteria for IAM platforms
Translate security and compliance requirements (NIST, ISO 27001) into practical IAM controls
Coach internal stakeholders on IAM best practices and drive adoption of identity governance frameworks
Monitor industry trends and emerging identity threats to keep solutions ahead of risk

Must-haves

8+ years IAM advisory or architecture experience in enterprise environments
Proven ability to design and implement IAM solutions (governance, access control, identity lifecycle)
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and security teams
Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks and compliance requirements
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice-to-haves

Experience in critical infrastructure or highly regulated industries
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta implementations
CISSP or CISM certification
Background in enterprise architecture or IT consulting
