A leading organisation is building a modern identity management programme that supports digital transformation and regulatory compliance. You move beyond operational IAM tasks to define strategy, evaluate platforms, and align access governance with business objectives.

You'll tackle complex challenges: consolidating legacy systems, implementing zero-trust principles, and scaling JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes across global operations. Your recommendations directly influence security posture and user experience.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Design enterprise IAM architecture aligned with security strategy and business goals
Evaluate and select IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) based on organisational needs
Develop access governance frameworks using RBAC/ABAC principles and regulatory requirements
Lead IAM roadmap execution: modern authentication, privilege access management, identity analytics
Advise leadership on identity risk, compliance implications, and vendor management
Mentor junior IAM engineers and shape team technical direction
Partner with GRC, cloud security, and business units on identity-linked initiatives

Must-haves

8+ years IAM experience with hands-on platform expertise (SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta)
Proven track record designing enterprise IAM architectures or roadmaps
Deep knowledge of access governance, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM strategy
Fluent in Dutch and English (strategic discussions with Dutch leadership)
CISSP or CISM certification

Nice-to-haves

Experience with privilege access management (PAM) implementations
Cloud IAM expertise (Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM)
Exposure to zero-trust architecture or identity analytics
Board-level or C-suite advisory experience
