CIAM Engineer
About the assignment
Een toonaangevende organisatie in digitale infrastructuur zoekt een CIAM Engineer die hun customer identity platform op schaal brengt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, implementatie en optimalisatie van identity governance voor duizenden externe gebruikers.
De uitdaging: complexe integraties tussen SaaS-applicaties, API-beveiliging en compliance-vereisten onder één CIAM-oplossing samenbrengen. Je impact: snellere onboarding, betere security posture en lagere operational overhead.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp en implementeer CIAM-architecturen met SailPoint, Okta of ForgeRock
- Beheer identity lifecycle management (JML) voor externe gebruikers en partners
- Integreer CIAM-platformen met cloud-applicaties (AWS IAM, Azure AD, SaaS-tools)
- Configureer Authentication en Authorization policies (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)
- Monitor access logs en detect anomalieën via SIEM-integratie
- Documenteer architectuur, playbooks en disaster recovery procedures
- Ondersteun CIAM-projecten in verschillende stadia: design, deployment, optimization

Must-haves
- 3+ jaar ervaring met CIAM-platforms (SailPoint, Okta of gelijkwaardig)
- Sterke kennis van OAuth2, SAML, OIDC en identity protocols
- Hands-on ervaring met API-integraties en webhooks
- Begrip van identity lifecycle management en access governance
- Proven track record met implementaties in multi-tenant omgevingen
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met CyberArk of ander PAM-systeem
- Certificering: CISSP, CISM of platform-specifiek
- Ervaring met Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
