You receive a selection of 3-5 top candidates with comprehensive profiles, assessment results and our rationale. We facilitate the introductory meetings.

We guide the negotiation process and advise on market-competitive remuneration packages. This accelerates acceptance and prevents miscommunication.

Onboarding & Guarantee

After signing, we support the onboarding process and remain involved for 3 months as a guarantee partner. In case of early departure, we deliver a replacement candidate.

3-Month Guarantee Period

We stand behind every placement with a guarantee period of 3 months. If the placed professional leaves or does not perform to expectations within this period, we conduct a replacement search at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to both contingency and retained search assignments.
