2. What personal data do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following personal data:
- Contact details: name, email address, telephone number, address
- Professional data: CV, work experience, education, certifications, LinkedIn profile URL, expertise, availability
- Company data: company name, job title, industry (for clients)
- Communication data: content of messages you send us via contact forms, email or telephone
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and website usage data via cookies
3. What do we use your data for?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Recruitment services: matching cybersecurity professionals with suitable assignments and vacancies at our clients
- Communication: answering your enquiries, informing you about relevant vacancies and assignments, and maintaining the relationship
- Contract management: drafting and managing agreements, invoicing and administration
- Legal obligations: complying with laws and regulations, including the WAADI, tax legislation and the Working Hours Act
- Website improvement: analysing website usage to improve our services
4. On what legal basis do we process your data?
We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds under the GDPR:
- Consent: when you register as a professional or submit a contact form
- Performance of a contract: when we arrange a placement or assignment for you
- Legitimate interest: for maintaining our business relationships and improving our services
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to retain or disclose data
5. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:
- Candidate data: a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless you give us consent to retain your data for longer
- Client data: for the duration of the collaboration and a maximum of 2 years thereafter
- Financial data: 7 years in accordance with the statutory retention obligation
- Website data: a maximum of 26 months (cookies)
6. Do we share your data with third parties?
We only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for our services or legally required:
- Clients: when you are presented as a candidate for an assignment or vacancy (only with your consent)
- Processors: parties that process data on our behalf, such as our CRM provider, hosting provider and email service
- Government authorities: when we are legally obliged to disclose data, for example to the Dutch Tax Authority
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access: you may request to see which personal data we process about you
- Right to rectification: you may request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Right to erasure: you may request that your data be deleted
- Right to restriction: you may request that the processing of your data be restricted
- Right to data portability: you may request to receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data
- Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw previously given consent at any time

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. This includes, among other things, data encryption, access controls, regular security audits and awareness training for our employees.

Our website uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyse website traffic. We use functional cookies (necessary for the website to function) and analytical cookies (Google Analytics, anonymised).
