The Traineeship Model
The MVPrentice traineeship is a structured 2-year programme that transforms ambitious starters into operational cybersecurity professionals. Trainees are employed by MVPeople Group and seconded to client organisations, where they contribute directly to the security team. Alongside the hands-on work, trainees follow a certification track and receive coaching from senior cybersecurity consultants.
Onboarding & Foundation
Intensive introduction to cybersecurity fundamentals, internal training, orientation at the client organisation and start of CompTIA Security+ preparation.
Year 1: Growth & First Certification
Operational deployment at the client, completion of CompTIA Security+, deepening in a specialisation and monthly coaching sessions with your senior mentor.
Year 2: Specialisation & Senior Certification
Deepening in chosen specialisation, preparation and completion of CISSP, CISM or CISA. Increasing responsibility at the client and preparation for progression.
