About the assignment
Organisaties worstelen met het vertalen van technische security metrics naar boardroom-level insights. Je rol is de brug tussen SOC, security teams en het management. Je ontwerpt rapportagestructuren, automatiseert data-gathering en zorgt dat KPI's aansluiten op bedrijfsdoelstellingen en compliance-eisen.
Je werkt met tools als Splunk, Sentinel en GRC-platforms om real-time security posture zichtbaar te maken. Dit vraagt technisch inzicht, grafische communicatie en begrip van wat management echt nodig heeft.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp dashboards en rapporten die security metrics vertalen naar zakelijke taal
- Automatiseer data-exports uit SIEM-platforms, vulnerability scanners en access management tools
- Analyseer incident trends, SLA-naleving en security KPI's wekelijks en maandelijks
- Presenteer security posture aan directie, audit en compliance teams
- Onderhoud rapportagesjablonen conform ISO 27001, NIS2 en sector-specifieke eisen
- Collaboreer met SOC, GRC en IT Risk teams om metriekdefinities scherp te houden
- Ondersteun compliance audits met geautomatiseerde evidence gathering en trending

Must-haves
- 5+ jaren ervaring met security reporting, SIEM of GRC-platforms
- Vaardigheid in SQL, Python of PowerShell voor data-manipulatie
- Sterke visualisatievaardigheden (Power BI, Tableau of gelijkwaardig)
- Diep begrip van ISO 27001 en compliance-reporting
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden voor mixed audiences (technisch en bestuur)
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met ServiceNow GRC of Archer
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Kennis van NIS2, DORA of sector-specifieke compliance-frameworks
