About the assignment
Een toonaangevende organisatie moderniseert haar identiteitsinfrastructuur en zoekt iemand die ForgeRock of Ping Identity volledig beheerst. Je werkt aan kritieke IAM-strategieën die veiligheid en usability in balans houden.
Je ontwerpt Single Sign-On flows, beheert RBAC/ABAC-modellen, en zorgt dat JML-processen naadloos draaien. Jij bent de architect die complexe identiteitsvraagstukken oplost en teams naar volwassenheid brengt.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp en implementeer ForgeRock / Ping Identity-oplossingen voor SSO, MFA en adaptieve authenticatie
- Beheer Identity lifecycle management (JML): onboarding, beheerswijzigingen, offboarding
- Configureer role-based access control (RBAC) en attribute-based access control (ABAC)
- Integreer IAM-platform met Active Directory, HR-systemen en bedrijfsapplicaties
- Monitor identiteitsgovernance, auditten access rights en zorg voor compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Troubleshoot authentificatie- en autorisatieproblemen; escalatiecontact voor support teams
- Documenteer architectuur, configuraties en best practices; train gebruikers en admins
- Evalueer nieuwe IAM-tools en aanbevelingen voor optimalisatie

Must-haves
- 3+ jaar praktische ervaring met ForgeRock of Ping Identity (in productie)
- Diep inzicht in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 en OpenID Connect
- Ervaring met IAM-integraties (HR-systemen, applicaties, directories)
- Sterk Python, Java of scripting-vaardigheden voor automatisering
- Proven expertise in role-based en attribute-based access control
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met cloud IAM (Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM)
- Kennis van CyberArk of ander PAM-platform
- CISSP of CISM-certificatie
- Hands-on met API-development en REST-integraties
