About the assignment
A leading organisation in digitale-infrastructuur is strengthening its identity governance function. You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring access controls align with security policies and regulatory requirements.
You'll own the functional design of identity lifecycles, from joiners to leavers. Your work directly impacts how thousands of users access critical systems safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Design identity governance workflows and access control models (RBAC, ABAC) that meet business and compliance needs
- Document functional requirements for IGA platform implementations and optimizations
- Manage identity lifecycle processes: joiner/mover/leaver (JML) automation and approval workflows
- Conduct access reviews and remediate access violations in collaboration with system owners
- Define role hierarchies and entitlement strategies across multiple applications
- Support governance reporting and audit trails for SOX, ISO 27001, and NIS2 compliance
- Act as functional lead during platform upgrades or migrations (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID)

Must-haves
- 5+ years in identity governance, IAM, or access management roles
- Proven experience designing functional IAM solutions and access control models
- Deep understanding of JML processes and identity lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with at least one major IGA platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2) and their access control requirements
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP, CISM, or platform-specific IGA certification
- Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
- Background in GRC tooling or governance reporting
- Exposure to cloud identity platforms (Azure Entra, AWS IAM)
