Een organisatie moderniseert haar IAM-landschap en heeft jou nodig om identiteitsprocessen te stroomlijnen. Je bent het brein achter JML-flows, rolbeheer en toegangsgovernance.
Je schakelt tussen zakelijke stakeholders en technische teams. Je vertaalt compliance-eisen naar werkende processen en optimaliseert daily operations op basis van what you learn.
Je impact: minder ongeautoriseerde toegang, snellere onboardings, auditready governance.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp en beheer IAM-processen: JML-lifecycles, roldefiniëring, RBAC/ABAC-modellering
- Configureer en onderhoud identity platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock)
- Monitoor toegangsrechten en voer regelmatige access reviews uit
- Ondersteun zakelijke teams bij provisioning- en deprovisioning-aanvragen
- Document IAM-beleid, procedures en best practices
- Identificeer knelpunten in huidige processen en stel verbeteringen voor
- Werk samen met Security, IT-operations en Finance op compliance-vraagstukken
- Train medewerkers en managers op correct omgaan met IAM-processen

Must-haves
- 3+ jaren praktijkervaring met IAM-platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta of soortgelijk)
- Diep begrip van JML-processen, rolmodellen en access governance
- Sterk in communicatie met technische teams én zakelijke stakeholders
- Zelfstandig aansturen van IAM-projecten en procesverbeteringen
- Kennis van compliance-kaders (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR-relevante aspecten)
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met identity analytics en access reviews
- CISSP of CISM-certificering
- Ervaring in cloud-native IAM (Azure, AWS IAM)
- Begeleiding van junior IAM-professionals
