IAM Beheerder – Identity & Access Management
About the assignment
Een organisatie moderniseert haar identiteitsbeheer en zoekt iemand die de dagelijkse operatie draaiende houdt. Je werkt met state-of-the-art platforms als SailPoint en Entra ID en bent de linkpin tussen IT, security en het bedrijf.
Je ontwerpt en onderhoudt access governance processen, monitort risicovolle rechten en zorg dat compliance-audits soepel verlopen. Dit is geen theoretische rol – je hands-on werk voorkomt dat onbevoegden inloggen, maar zorgt ook dat niemand blijft hangen in oude groepen.
Your responsibilities
- Beheer gebruikersidentiteiten in SailPoint/Entra ID: provisioning, de-provisioning en updates
- Implementeer en optimaliseer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) en Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
- Monitoor access rights, voer recertificaties uit en verwijder verouderde privileges
- Ondersteun Single Sign-On (SSO) en multi-factor authentication (MFA) uitrollingen
- Onderzoek accessverzoeken, valideer noodzakelijkheid en goedkeur/weiger
- Werk samen met teams rond Identity Governance (IGA) processen en JML lifecycles
- Documenteer IAM architectuur, procedures en security controls
- Escaleer beveiligingsincidenten gerelateerd aan ongeautoriseerde toegang

Must-haves
- 3+ jaren ervaring met IAM platforms (SailPoint, Entra ID of ForgeRock)
- Diepgaande kennis van RBAC, Active Directory en directory services
- Hands-on ervaring met access provisioning en user lifecycle management
- Begrip van compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
- Sterke documentatie en communicatieve vaardigheden
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met CyberArk of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Kennismaking met ABAC-implementaties en modern authorization
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Projectervaring bij IAM-migraties of grote transformaties
