About the assignment
Een toonaangevende organisatie zoekt een IAM QA Specialist die kritisch kijkt naar identity en access management solutions. Je bent de gatekeeper tussen development en productie: je voert gestructureerde tests uit op IAM platforms, valideert JML-processen en zorgt dat compliance eisen (ISO 27001, TIBER-EU) worden nageleefd.
Je werkt nauw met Identity Architects en Security Engineers. Je ontdekt bugs voordat klanten dat doen, schrijft testscripts voor repetitieve checks en documenteert issues helder voor remediation.
Your responsibilities
- Test IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID, ForgeRock) op functionaliteit, security en performance
- Valideer JML-lifecycles (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) end-to-end in test- en acceptatieomgevingen
- Ontwerp en voer geautomatiseerde testscripts uit voor identity provisioning en access revocation
- Controleer compliance mapping tegen ISO 27001, NIST IAM controls en TIBER-EU richtlijnen
- Rapporteer beveiligingsbevindingen en reproduceer kritieke issues voor troubleshooting
- Ondersteuun UAT (User Acceptance Testing) en train powerusers op test procedures
- Werk met JIRA/Azure DevOps om defecten te tracken en te prioriteren

Must-haves
- 5+ jaar QA/testing ervaring, waarvan minimaal 2 jaar IAM-gericht
- Hands-on kennis van ten minste één IAM platform (SailPoint, Okta of CyberArk)
- Sterk begrip van identity governance, access provisioning en compliance frameworks
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; able to write clear bug reports
- Ervaring met testautomatisering en test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
Nice-to-haves
- ISTQB-certificering of gelijkwaardig QA certification
- Hands-on ervaring met meerdere IAM platforms (federated identity, MFA, PAM)
- Kennis van SQL/scripting voor database validatie in IAM tests
