Jouw missie: orde scheppen in dit IAM-labyrinth. Je implementeert Single Sign-On, role-based access control, en lifecycle management zodat medewerkers dag 1 productief zijn en day-1-access weer verdwijnt op dag laatste.
Je werkt aan kritieke systemen. Foutjes kosten geld en reputatie. Je bent de gatekeeper die zowel security als usability bewaakt.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp en implementeer IAM-architectuur (SSO, MFA, RBAC) voor organisaties met duizenden gebruikers
- Beheer identity-lifecycle: van onboarding tot offboarding via JML-processen
- Konfigureer en ondersteun platforms zoals SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta of Entra ID in productie
- Doe access reviews en audit identity-bevoegdheden tegen compliance-eisen (ISO 27001, COBIT)
- Troubleshoot integratieissues tussen HR-systemen, directories en applicaties
- Documenteer IAM-policies en train eindgebruikers en admins
- Monittor anomalieën: ongebruikelijke loginpatronen, excess permissions, verdachte account-activiteit

Must-haves
- 3+ jaar hands-on IAM: implementatie, configuratie, troubleshooting
- Expertise in minimaal één IAM-platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID of gelijkwaardig)
- Begrip van RBAC, ABAC, en identity-lifecycle (JML)
- Ervaring met compliance audits en IAM-controls (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR-relevant)
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden: je legt technische IAM-concepts uit aan niet-technici
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met PAM (Privileged Access Management) of secrets management
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Exposure aan cloud-native IAM (Azure Entra, AWS Cognito, GCP Identity Platform)
