IAM Specialist – SailPoint & RBAC/ABAC Design
About the assignment
Je werkt in een complexe, maatschappelijk kritieke IT-omgeving waar elke toegangsbeslissing impact heeft op nationale veiligheid. SailPoint is het centrale IAM-platform; jij structureert autorisatiemodellen, versterkt compliance en audit-gereedheid, en ondersteunt grootschalige IT-transities zoals GrIT.
De basisvraag is simpel: wie mag wat, wanneer, en waarom? Het antwoord moet waterdicht zijn. Je combineert technische precisie met stakeholder-communicatie—van IT-teams tot defensie-units.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerpt en implementeert RBAC-structuren in SailPoint; bereidt organisatie voor op ABAC-overgang
- Versterkt IAM-governance, compliance en audit-procedures voor interne en externe reviews
- Beheert volledige JML-lifecycles: onboarding, rolverwisseling, offboarding met geautomatiseerde workflows
- Integreert IAM met source systems, applicaties en HR-platforms; ontwikkelt provisioning- en deprovisioning-processen
- Ondersteunt grote IT-programma's (zoals GrIT): identificeert risico's, afhankelijkheden en mitigaties
- Werkt samen met IT, security en business stakeholders; faciliteert workshops en geeft best-practice-begeleiding
- Monitort en rapporteert op toegangsrechten via dashboards, audit trails en intelligence voor leadership

Must-haves
- 3+ jaar IAM-ervaring, waarvan minimaal 1 jaar met SailPoint IdentityIQ of SailPoint Cloud
- Sterke kennis van RBAC-design en voorbereiding op ABAC-implementatie
- Ervaring met JML-lifecycles, provisioning/deprovisioning en access certification
- Proven stakeholder management in complexe, multi-team omgevingen
- Nederlands of Engels op professioneel niveau
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring in defensie-, overheids- of kritieke-infrastructuur-sectoren
- Kennis van grote IT-transformaties en programmamanagement
- CISSP of CISM-certificering
- Hands-on ervaring met CyberArk PAM of Okta
