About the assignment
Organisaties worstelen met Identity & Access Management: wie heeft wanneer toegang tot welke data en applicaties? Jij bouwt de architectuur en processen die dit vraagstuk oplossen. Je implementeert Identity governance, beheer JML-cycles (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) en zorgt dat autorisaties compliant zijn met regelgeving.
Je werkt met platforms zoals SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta en Entra ID. Je bent de verbinder tussen security, compliance en operations.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp IAM-architecturen met nadruk op RBAC en ABAC voor complexe omgevingen
- Beheer JML-lifecycles en automatiseer identity provisioning en de-provisioning
- Implementeer en configureer IAM-platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
- Voer access reviews uit en identificeer abnormale autorisatiepatronen
- Zorg voor compliance met ISO 27001, NIS2 en interne governance-kaders
- Werk samen met architects en operations teams om IAM in te bedden in de infralogistiek
- Dokumenteer policies, workflows en disaster recovery procedures voor identiteitsbeheer

Must-haves
- 5+ jaar werkervaring met Identity & Access Management
- Hands-on ervaring met minstens één IAM-platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta of Entra ID)
- Grondige kennis van RBAC, ABAC en JML-processen
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail
- Ervaring met compliance-kaders (ISO 27001, NIS2 of vergelijkbaar)
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Ervaring met privilege access management (PAM) in kritieke environments
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) voor IAM-automatisering
- Ervaring met meerdere IAM-platforms
