Een toonaangevende organisatie moderniseert haar identiteitslandschap. De huidige setup groeit niet mee met cloud-expansie en hybrid work. Je wordt de Lead IAM Architect die dit aanpakt: je definieert de target architecture, selecteert de juiste platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) en leidt implementatie.
Je werk heeft directe impact op security posture, compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2) en user experience. Je sparrt met stakeholders op C-level, bouwt een team op en zorgt dat identity workflows—van JML tot PAM—naadloos werken.
Dit is een rol voor iemand die architectuur begrijpt, technisch nog hands-on kan zijn, en teams motiveert.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp een enterprise IAM target architecture, inclusief RBAC, ABAC en lifecycle management (JML)
- Selecteer en implementeer IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock) op basis van business requirements
- Beheer PAM-solutions voor privileged access en zorg voor compliance met security frameworks
- Leidt het IAM team: coaching, technische sturing, roadmap ownership
- Ontwerp en documenteer identity governance policies en toegangscontrole modellen
- Manage integraties met cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) en on-premises systems
- Monitor IAM-performance, identificeer bottlenecks, optimaliseer workflows
- Communiceer security posture en IAM risks naar management en audit teams

Must-haves
- 10+ jaar experience in IAM-architecting (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
- Proven track record met enterprise IAM transformations en target architecture design
- Diepgaande kennis van JML lifecycle, PAM, RBAC/ABAC en access governance
- Leidinggevende ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar team management)
- Sterke communicatie skills voor C-level en business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP, CISM of gelijkwaardige certificering
- Hands-on experience met cloud-native IAM (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID integraties)
- Ervaring met compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA)
