About the assignment
Privacy is niet meer optioneel. Je werkt als vertrouwensperson tussen organisatie, toezichthouders en betrokkenen. Je identificeert risico's in dataverwerking, adviseert over regelgeving (GDPR, NIS2, AI Act) en zorgt dat privacy ingebed is in processen en systemen.
De rol eist zowel juridisch inzicht als praktische implementatiekennis. Je communiceert complex compliance-jargon naar business stakeholders en technische teams.
Your responsibilities
- Uitvoer DPIA's (Data Protection Impact Assessments) en adviseert over lawful basis van dataverwerking
- Monitor naleving van GDPR, EDPS-richtlijnen en sectorspecifieke privacyregels
- Onderzoek privacyincidenten en koordineer notificaties naar toezichthouders en betrokkenen
- Voer privacytrainingen uit voor medewerkers en technische teams
- Beheer cookiebeleid, privacy notices en data subject rights (SAR, deletion, portability)
- Werk samen met IT, compliance en business teams op data governance
- Actualiseer privacy-documentatie bij systeemveranderingen en regelgeving

Must-haves
- Proven DPO-ervaring (minimaal 2 jaar in privacy officer of compliance rol)
- Diepgaand inzicht in GDPR, EDPB-uitspraken en nationale privacywetgeving
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden: complexe materie uitleggen naar business en techniek
- Ervaring met privacytrainings en awareness-opbouw
- Proactieve houding: risico's herkennen vóórdat ze problemen worden
Nice-to-haves
- Certificering (CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE)
- Ervaring met OneTrust of vergelijkbare compliance-tools
- Achtergrond in juridische of compliance-advies
- Kennis van sector-specifieke regelgeving (gezondheidszorg, fintech, overheid)
