About the assignment
Een toonaangevende organisatie versterkt haar weerbaarheid tegen operationele risico's. Business Continuity Management is geen luxe meer—het is essentieel. Je bouwt een BCM-programma dat scenario's doordenkt, risico's mitigeert en recovery-processen test.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Risk & Compliance afdeling en werkt cross-functioneel met IT, Operations en Security. Je impact is direct meetbaar: minder downtime, sneller herstel, lagere financiële impact bij incidenten.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud het Business Continuity Plan inclusief Disaster Recovery strategie
- Voer Business Impact Analysis (BIA) uit om kritieke systemen en processen te identificeren
- Ontwerp en beheer Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) en Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
- Organiseer en leidt BCM-drills, disaster recovery testen en tabletop exercises
- Monitoor en update continuïteitsplannen bij wijzigingen in IT-landscape en bedrijfsvoering
- Advies risk management en stakeholders over continuïteitsmaatregelen en budgettoewijzing
- Zorg voor compliance met relevante normen (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA)
- Implementeer geautomatiseerde failover-mechanismen en redundantie waar nodig

Must-haves
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Business Continuity Management of Disaster Recovery
- Hands-on kennis van BIA, RTO/RPO bepaling en DR-planning
- Ervaring met backup- en recovery-oplossingen (Veeam, Acronis, cloud-native tools)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; je kunt risico's en impact uitleggen aan non-technical stakeholders
- CBCI Associate of gelijkwaardige certificering
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met automatisering van failover en replicatie
- Kennis van cloud-architectuur en multi-cloud resilience
- Ervaring met compliance audits (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA)
- Projectmanagementervaring (PMP, PRINCE2 basis)
