ServiceNow IRM Transformation Specialist
About the assignment
A leading telecom organisation operates critical infrastructure where cybersecurity is strategic priority. Growing compliance requirements demand better risk visibility without overloading operational teams.
You build ServiceNow IRM as the central platform for recording, monitoring, and managing IT risks and controls. Your work directly enables the CISO office to scale compliance across the organisation while freeing teams from administrative overhead.
This is a structured 8-month assignment (May–November 2026, extension possible) where you shape how risk management works across the company.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and standardise risk, compliance, and issue procedures in ServiceNow IRM
- Translate business needs into concrete IRM solutions and configurations
- Create and maintain a shared ServiceNow IRM roadmap with clear prioritisation
- Lead improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual compliance work
- Coordinate stakeholders, drive adoption through training, and provide hands-on support

Must-haves
- Minimum 8 years in IT auditing, advisory, or risk management in highly regulated environments
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management
- RE (Register EDP-Auditor) qualification
- Fluent Dutch and English (verbal and written)
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance frameworks
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Prior experience implementing IRM platforms in telecom or critical infrastructure
- Track record of reducing compliance burden through automation and process design
