About the assignment
Je adviseert het directieteam over IAM-strategie en alignment met bedrijfsdoelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de roadmap van identity platforms, governance frameworks en compliance-integratie.
De uitdaging: in snel groeiende organisaties uiteen groeit IAM-beleid, ontstaan silogebouwen tussen teams, en verlies je zicht op wie wanneer toegang krijgt. Jij stelt orde op zaken.
Je impact is direct meetbaar: snellere onboarding, verminderde risicogebeurtenissen, lagere audit-burden en een IAM-cultuur die security enablement is, niet blokker.
Your responsibilities
- Definieer en refactor IAM-strategie, aligned met NIST en ISO 27001 vereisten
- Evalueer, selecteer en implementeer Identity Governance platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID of equivalenten)
- Ontwerp RBAC/ABAC modellen en JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle governance
- Stel IAM policies op: access request, approval workflows, recertification cycles
- Mentor IAM-team in architectuur-denken en best practices
- Communiceer IAM-roadmap naar C-level en technische stakeholders
- Meten KPI's: access provisioning time, audit-findings, compliance status
- Monitoor vendor-relaties en productevolutie; doe onderhandelingen

Must-haves
- 8+ jaar IAM/Identity Governance ervaring, waarvan ≥3 jaar strategisch/architectuur niveau
- Proven experience met minimaal één grote IAM platform (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID of ForgeRock)
- Diepte in RBAC, ABAC, JML lifecycle en governance frameworks
- Sterke communicatie skills naar technische en C-level audiences
- Affiniteit met compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA) en hun IAM-impact
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Ervaring met multi-cloud IAM en identity federatie (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)
- Betrokkenheid bij vendor-selectietrajecten of RFP-processen
