ENSIA Coordinator
About the assignment
A leading organisation is strengthening its regulatory compliance and security governance framework. You coordinate enterprise-wide security and information assurance activities, bridging business requirements with regulatory obligations.
You ensure systematic implementation of NIS2, ISO 27001, and sector-specific regulations. Your work directly supports risk reduction and board-level reporting on compliance posture.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate ENSIA (Enterprise Network and Information Security Architecture) program execution and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor regulatory changes (NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, sectoral mandates) and assess organizational impact
- Manage compliance audit schedules, evidence collection, and remediation tracking across departments
- Design and maintain security control matrices and mapping to frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS, COBIT)
- Prepare compliance dashboards and executive reports for leadership and board oversight
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define security baselines and control requirements
- Track policy updates, communicate changes, and ensure organization-wide adoption

Must-haves
- 5+ years in GRC, compliance, or security governance roles
- Proven expertise in NIS2, ISO 27001, or equivalent regulatory frameworks
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience with GRC tools (ServiceNow, Archer, or similar platforms)
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities in English and Dutch
Nice-to-haves
- Background in financial services, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with DORA, COBIT, or CIS frameworks
- Experience managing compliance audits or certifications
