About the assignment
Identity and Access Management is critical to enterprise security. You'll architect and maintain IAM solutions that protect sensitive systems while enabling seamless user access.
You work with modern IAM platforms to implement role-based and attribute-based access controls. Your focus: secure authentication, streamlined onboarding/offboarding, and compliance with security standards.
Your impact: reduce unauthorised access risks, accelerate user provisioning, and maintain audit trails for regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM policies using RBAC and ABAC frameworks
- Manage user identity lifecycles: provisioning, access reviews, deprovisioning
- Configure and maintain IAM platforms for enterprise users and systems
- Conduct access reviews and remediate over-privileged accounts
- Monitor and report on access governance metrics and compliance
- Collaborate with security and business teams on access requirements
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorisation issues
- Document IAM architecture and procedures for audit purposes

Must-haves
- 3+ years experience with enterprise IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with access reviews, provisioning workflows, and user onboarding/offboarding
- Knowledge of authentication protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, LDAP)
- Ability to document complex IAM processes and communicate with stakeholders
- Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multiple IAM platforms
- Familiarity with PAM (Privileged Access Management) concepts
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2)
