IAM & PAM Specialist
About the assignment
A major organisation is strengthening its identity and access management posture. You'll oversee the lifecycle of user identities, manage privileged access controls, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.
Your impact spans multiple departments. You'll reduce unauthorised access risks, streamline provisioning workflows, and maintain audit trails that satisfy regulatory requirements. You work with teams across IT, security, and business units to align identity strategy with operational needs.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM/PAM solutions using platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID
- Manage user lifecycle processes: onboarding, role changes, offboarding across systems
- Configure role-based and attribute-based access controls (RBAC, ABAC) aligned with business needs
- Monitor and investigate access anomalies, privileged session activity, and compliance gaps
- Lead quarterly access reviews and remediate violations within SLAs
- Document IAM architecture, policies, and runbooks for operational continuity
- Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and compliance teams on access requests

Must-haves
- 5+ years hands-on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
- Deep knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and identity lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of PAM controls and privileged session management
- Experience with access reviews, compliance audits, and remediation workflows
- Fluent Dutch and English; excellent stakeholder communication
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multi-cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure Entra, GCP Identity)
- Familiarity with automation tools (Python, PowerShell) for identity workflows
- Track record implementing ISO 27001 or NIS2 controls
