About the assignment
You lead penetration testing and red team projects for enterprise clients across diverse sectors. Your role bridges technical execution and strategic advisory—managing hands-on assessments while guiding junior consultants and communicating findings to leadership.
You identify vulnerabilities through internet, intranet, web application, wireless, social engineering, and physical penetration tests. You design and execute red team scenarios that expose security gaps and inform organisational resilience strategies.
Your impact: clients gain clarity on their security posture, reduce breach risk, and strengthen their defence capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end penetration testing projects, including scoping, execution, analysis, and delivery of comprehensive security reports
- Lead and mentor technical testers on penetration testing and red team engagements, providing technical guidance and quality assurance
- Design and execute red team scenarios to simulate real-world attack chains and identify organisational security gaps
- Conduct code reviews, security analysis, and exploit development across diverse systems and platforms
- Translate complex technical security concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Assess penetration test results, document findings, exploitation procedures, risks, and actionable remediation recommendations
- Stay current with evolving threats, exploits, and attack methodologies to inform assessment strategies
