About the assignment
As IAM Product Specialist, you own the vision and execution of identity and access management solutions. You bridge the gap between security requirements, business needs, and technical delivery.
You work with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, evaluate platforms, and optimise existing deployments. Your decisions directly impact how thousands of users access systems securely and efficiently.
This role combines deep IAM expertise with strategic thinking. You'll influence architecture, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with identity governance standards.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute IAM product strategy aligned with security and business objectives
- Evaluate identity platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Saviynt) against requirements
- Design identity governance frameworks covering RBAC, ABAC, and JML lifecycle processes
- Lead cross-functional teams through platform implementations and optimisations
- Establish access control policies and ensure compliance with security standards
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex configurations, and advise on best practices
- Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee platform upgrades and maintenance

Must-haves
- 8+ years IAM experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with at least two major IAM platforms
- Deep understanding of identity governance, RBAC, and access control models
- Experience designing and deploying identity solutions end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP, CISM, or platform-specific IAM certifications
- PAM (Privileged Access Management) implementation experience
- Background in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2)
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
