About the assignment
A leading organisation is strengthening its identity and access management capabilities. You'll own the full IAM ecosystem—from user provisioning to access reviews—ensuring secure, efficient identity governance.
You bridge technical implementation and business requirements. Your work directly reduces security risk, improves user experience, and supports regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification workflows
- Administer IAM platforms and identity directories (Entra ID, LDAP, or similar)
- Conduct access reviews and remediate over-privileged accounts
- Monitor identity-related security events and investigate anomalies
- Document IAM policies, procedures, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate access requirements into technical controls
- Support compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOX, NIS2) with IAM evidence

Must-haves
- 3+ years hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and provisioning workflows
- Experience managing active directory or modern identity directories
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, NIS2)
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with identity governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Exposure to zero-trust architecture or advanced access models
