IAM Technical Coordinator – One Identity Platform Upgrade
About the assignment
A leading organisation is upgrading its Identity & Access Management platform, One Identity, to version 10. You serve as the technical coordinator between architects, engineers, and the broader project organisation.
Your focus is coordination, dependency management, and risk visibility—not heavy project administration. You ensure alignment across teams, surface blockers early, and maintain clear communication lines between technical crews and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the One Identity platform upgrade to version 10 across all technical teams
- Align the solution design with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Track interdependencies, risks, and bottlenecks in real time
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and the broader project organisation
- Monitor work progress across multiple teams and escalate blockers immediately
- Collaborate with the business project manager to integrate technical execution with project scope
- Document decisions and maintain a single source of truth for upgrade planning

Must-haves
- Proven experience as technical project manager, coordinator, or similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM solutions (One Identity experience preferred)
- Technical background allowing you to speak fluently with engineers and architects
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Nice-to-haves
- Previous platform upgrade or migration project experience
- Knowledge of Quest Software's Identity Management suite
- Familiarity with identity governance or access management workflows
