SailPoint IIQ Engineer (Medior/Senior)
About the assignment
A leading organisation in the retail sector is expanding its Identity & Access Management capabilities. With increasing complexity and a packed roadmap, they need experienced hands to accelerate application onboarding and ensure stable day-to-day operations.
You'll join a small, focused team managing SailPoint IdentityIQ across multiple connector types and business units. This is a 7-month contract (June 2026–January 2027) with extension potential, based in Zwaagdijk, North Holland.
Your responsibilities
- Onboard new applications into SailPoint IIQ using JDBC, LDAP, REST, SCIM, delimited files, and custom connectors
- Configure provisioning workflows, lifecycle events, and rules to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Design and manage reconciliation and aggregation processes for data consistency
- Set up entitlements, access profiles, and role-based access structures
- Troubleshoot connector issues, workflow errors, and performance bottlenecks
- Act as the primary technical contact for team and stakeholder questions
- Document technical configurations, implementations, and architectural decisions

Must-haves
- 3–5 years hands-on IAM experience
- Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Experience onboarding applications in IAM environments
- Solid Java, BeanShell, and JSON knowledge
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Nice-to-haves
- Background in large corporate or enterprise environments
- Experience in retail sector operations
- Experience managing multiple connector types at scale
