Technisch Consultant IAM SailPoint
About the assignment
You join the IAM team at a leading Dutch municipality, working directly with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud within a broader Concern IAM architecture that includes CyberArk and Microsoft Entra ID.
Your focus: execute technical onboarding activities from the team backlog, guide application integrations, and build internal capability. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, present solutions, and continuously improve processes with an agile mindset.
You make digital service delivery faster and more secure by combining technical expertise with pragmatic stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities
- Execute technical onboarding activities on SailPoint Cloud, managing identity provisioning and lifecycle workflows
- Guide business application integrations into the Concern IAM platform, ensuring alignment with CyberArk and Entra ID
- Train internal colleagues on SailPoint implementation and best practices; mentor on-the-job
- Contribute to innovation projects for new access products, translating requirements into working solutions
- Present technical solutions and conduct knowledge sessions to stakeholders across clusters
- Manage stakeholder collaboration throughout onboarding projects, ensuring smooth integrations
- Identify and implement process improvements, challenging the status quo within an agile framework

Must-haves
- Hands-on experience implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud features within the past 2 years
- Professional SailPoint certifications: Identity Security Professional and Identity Security Engineer
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification
- Proven experience managing application onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders
- HBO-level education or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years experience in government/public sector organisations
- 2+ years working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- 2+ years automating and digitising municipal processes
- Experience testing complex information systems in government settings
