About the assignment
A major organisation is modernising its identity and access management infrastructure. You will lead the design and implementation of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions that streamline user provisioning, access reviews, and compliance reporting across hybrid environments.
Your work directly impacts security posture and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to translate governance requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on deployment and troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities
- Design and architect IGA solutions aligned with organisational security strategy and compliance requirements
- Lead implementation of user lifecycle management (JML) processes across enterprise applications
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) frameworks
- Conduct identity access reviews and recommend remediation for orphaned or excessive privileges
- Develop governance policies, runbooks, and documentation for IAM teams and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues in production environments
- Mentor junior IAM engineers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Must-haves
- 7+ years IAM experience with at least 3 years focused on identity governance and administration
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major IGA platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, or Saviynt)
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and access review processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM architecture
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills beneficial
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid IAM environments
- Knowledge of COBIT or ITIL frameworks
- Exposure to risk and compliance management (GRC tools)
