About the assignment
A leading organisation is modernising its identity and access management infrastructure. You'll take ownership of IAM strategy, from initial assessment through implementation and optimisation.
You'll work with enterprise platforms, design role-based and attribute-based access controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role combines technical depth with strategic thinking—you influence how the organisation secures access at scale.
Your responsibilities
- Design IAM architectures and access control strategies aligned with business objectives
- Implement and configure identity platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) in complex environments
- Manage user lifecycle processes: provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
- Build RBAC and ABAC models that balance security with operational efficiency
- Conduct access audits and remediate non-compliance with governance frameworks
- Document IAM policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Support integration with on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior team members on IAM best practices

Certifications (preferred)
Must-haves
- 5+ years of IAM implementation and consulting experience
- Strong expertise with at least one major IAM platform (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, or CyberArk)
- Proven ability to design access control models (RBAC, ABAC) for enterprise environments
- Understanding of identity governance, compliance, and user lifecycle management
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM certification
- Experience with API integrations and cloud identity services
- Track record of delivering large-scale IAM transformations
