About the assignment
You architect identity and access management solutions for leading organisations across industries. Your designs balance robust security controls with user-centric accessibility, solving complex authentication and authorisation challenges.
You work on enterprise-scale implementations where IAM is critical to security posture. Your solutions protect against privilege escalation, unauthorised access, and compliance violations while enabling secure, frictionless user experiences.
Your responsibilities
- Design IAM architectures (RBAC, ABAC, zero-trust models) tailored to organisational risk profiles
- Select and implement IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) based on requirements
- Define JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle processes and governance frameworks
- Lead identity governance reviews and access recertification programmes
- Integrate IAM solutions with cloud environments, applications, and legacy systems
- Advise on identity strategy, authentication methods, and policy frameworks
- Conduct security assessments and threat modelling for access control systems

Certifications (preferred)
Must-haves
- 7+ years in IAM architecture, design, or senior implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with at least two major IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
- Deep knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, authentication protocols, and identity governance
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise environments (1000+ users)
- Strong understanding of cloud identity (Entra ID, AWS IAM) and hybrid scenarios
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Experience with zero-trust architecture implementations
- Background in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR impact on IAM)
