About the assignment
You join a leading organisation as Lead IAM Architect, responsible for defining and implementing their identity and access management roadmap. You lead architectural decisions across multiple IAM platforms and ensure alignment with zero-trust principles and regulatory requirements.
Your impact spans identity lifecycle management, privileged access governance, and federation strategies. You mentor junior architects, guide implementation teams, and influence security strategy at senior leadership level.
Your responsibilities
- Design enterprise IAM architectures supporting RBAC, ABAC, and JML lifecycle workflows
- Lead selection and implementation of IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID) based on business requirements
- Establish IAM governance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance standards
- Mentor IAM engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing
- Partner with security leadership to define identity strategy and roadmap priorities
- Conduct architecture reviews and security assessments of identity infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging IAM technologies

Must-haves
- 10+ years IAM architecture and implementation experience
- Deep expertise with enterprise IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta)
- Proven track record designing RBAC/ABAC models and identity governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of authentication, federation, and privilege management
- Experience leading technical teams and influencing architectural decisions
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, energy)
- Hands-on experience with zero-trust architecture implementations
