About the assignment
Je beheert projecten die privacy en security aan elkaar koppelen: GDPR-implementaties, data governance-trajecten, security-architectuur en compliance-transformaties. Jij bent het spilpunt tussen juridische eisen, technische implementatie en bedrijfsbeleid.
De uitdaging: meerdere stakeholders (compliance, IT-security, juridisch, operations) op één lijn krijgen. Je vertaalt regelgeving naar concrete deliverables en zorgt dat projecten op budget en tijd blijven.
Jouw impact: je bepaalt de snelheid en kwaliteit van security- en privacy-verbeteringen. Goed projectmanagement voorkomt implementatiefalen en vermindert risico's voor de organisatie.
Your responsibilities
- Plan en coördineer privacy- en security-projecten van initiatief tot closure
- Monitor budgets, timelines en resourceallocation in projectportfolio's
- Vertaal regelgeving (GDPR, NIS2, DORA) naar concrete projectscope en deliverables
- Faciliteer overleggen tussen security, compliance, juridisch en business stakeholders
- Identificeer en mitigeer projectrisico's; escaleer blokkades naar management
- Documenteer requirements, acceptatiecriteria en handover-procedures
- Track voortgang via project management tools en rapporteer status aan leidinggevenden
- Zorg voor kennisoverdracht naar operationele teams na projectafronding

Must-haves
- Minimaal 5 jaar projectleidingervaring, bij voorkeur in security of compliance
- Grondige kennis van GDPR en hedendaagse compliance-frameworks
- Sterk stakeholder management en communicatievaardigheden
- Ervaring met project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps of gelijkwaardig)
- Vermogen om complexe technische onderwerpen in zakelijke taal uit te leggen
- Zelfregulerend, proactief en resultaatgericht werkstijl
Nice-to-haves
- Certificering PMP, Prince2 of CRISC
- Ervaring met architectuurtransformaties of major system implementations
- Kennis van cloud security governance (AWS/Azure compliance)
- Vorige rol in een organisatie met hoge compliance-vereisten (bankwezen, overheid, gezondheidszorg)
