About the assignment
A leading organisation is modernising its identity and access management infrastructure. You will own the IAM platform strategy, managing lifecycle from provisioning to deprovisioning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
You architect solutions that balance security, scalability, and user experience. You collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to align IAM capabilities with organisational goals.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM platform architecture, including identity governance and user lifecycle management
- Manage and optimise IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID) for enterprise environments
- Define and enforce RBAC and ABAC policies aligned with security requirements and business logic
- Lead integration projects connecting IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services
- Develop and maintain IAM standards, documentation, and runbooks for the team
- Monitor platform health, performance, and audit logs; respond to security incidents
- Mentor junior engineers and guide architecture decisions on identity solutions

Certifications (preferred)
Must-haves
- 7+ years experience with IAM platforms and identity governance
- Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major IAM platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Entra ID)
- Expertise in RBAC, ABAC, and user lifecycle management (JML)
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and federation protocols
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) best practices
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification
- Experience with cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP)
