Information Security Specialist
About the assignment
A major organisation is strengthening its identity and access management function. You'll architect solutions that balance security with operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIS2.
Your focus: reduce access-related risks, streamline user provisioning, and enforce principle-of-least-privilege across the enterprise. You work with infrastructure teams, business units, and security leadership to align IAM strategy with business goals.
Your responsibilities
- Design and maintain RBAC and ABAC policies aligned with security standards
- Manage user lifecycle processes: provisioning, entitlements, and deprovisioning
- Monitor access logs and investigate anomalies using IAM-native analytics
- Conduct access reviews and remediate excessive permissions
- Support integration of IAM platforms with enterprise applications and directories
- Document access control procedures and maintain audit trails
- Advise business stakeholders on identity governance best practices

Must-haves
- 3+ years experience with identity and access management systems
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one IAM platform (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID)
- Understanding of user lifecycle management and JML processes
- Strong knowledge of RBAC and access control models
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, Okta Cloud)
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and compliance reporting
- Background in security auditing or risk assessment
